Qualifications

• 5+ years of production design experience in agency, in-house, or related fast-paced environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud apps (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Experience with data merge workflows to personalize and scale templated assets.
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, spacing, and hierarchy.
• Deep knowledge of print production from color management to press-ready files.
• Familiarity with digital production standards and platform-specific requirements.
• Ability to adapt layouts across formats while preserving brand integrity.
• Proven collaboration with vendors, printers, developers, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and deliver production-ready assets across print, digital, social, web, and experiential channels.
• Preflight files for technical accuracy, accessibility, and production specifications.
• Build final artwork and files that meet vendor and platform requirements.
• Adapt campaign assets across formats and dimensions while maintaining visual hierarchy.
• Apply core design fundamentals to ensure polished, intentional outputs.
• Manage versioning, naming conventions, and packaging of deliverables.
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and production partners to preserve vision.
• Coordinate with printers, fabricators, developers, and media partners for successful deployment.
• Review proofs for color accuracy, typography, image quality, accessibility, and specs.
• Optimize assets for a wide range of outputs including large-format, web, email, and environmental graphics.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve risks before release.
• Stay current on production standards, accessibility, and industry best practices.
• Provide final quality-control to ensure high craft and execution streaks.
