The production coordinator will have a good sense of fashion trends and be responsible for executing orders, including product development follow-up and working closely with our China office to ensure all orders are on time and correctly issued.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage product development and production process from initial sample to bulk production.
2. Ensure accurate and efficient distribution of all outgoing samples to appropriate customers.
3. Specify garments according to spec sheets and approve PP and fit samples before sending to customers.
4. Manage and track all overseas goods arriving and prepare for shipping from port to customer through freight forwarders.
5. Maintain EDI system and send invoices.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of production experience.
• Knowledge of sweaters is a plus.
• Experience in logistics/shipping required.
