You will provide senior-level guidance across the planning process, resolve high-impact constraints, and use data-driven analysis to improve schedule performance, customer delivery, and operational reliability.

Our Team

You will join the Supply Chain and Manufacturing Planning team, a cross-functional group of demand planners, procurement specialists, and operations partners. The team works closely with Sales, Quality, Engineering, and Plant Operations to balance customer requirements, capacity, inventory, and cost across the business.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with procurement, warehouse, engineering, quality, and operations teams to resolve material shortages, capacity constraints, and schedule conflicts.
  • Monitor production planning metrics, including on-time delivery, schedule adherence, backlog, inventory, and material availability, and lead root-cause and corrective-action efforts.
  • Provide scenario analysis and recommendations to support resource allocation, lead-time reduction, inventory optimization, and improved throughput.
  • Serve as a subject-matter resource for production control processes, ERP/MRP data integrity, planning parameters, and scheduling best practices.
  • Mentor less-experienced planners and help standardize planning processes, reporting, and continuous-improvement practices across the team.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in production planning, production control, material requirements planning (MRP), inventory control, or a related manufacturing planning function.
  • Advanced proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, such as Glovia, SAP, or Oracle, and Microsoft Excel for planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules, assess competing priorities, and drive cross-functional resolution of material or capacity constraints.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations and executable action plans.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills, including the ability to guide stakeholders and lead initiatives without direct authority.
What Will Put You Ahead
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
  • Experience leading planning improvements, ERP/MRP optimization, or cross-functional scheduling initiatives.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, macros, or VBA, and experience with Power BI or Tableau.
