Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Production and Production Operator for a plastics manufacturing client in Holden, MA. You will set up and operate machinery to blend and extrude chemicals into customer products, ensure quality and document SAP transactions to support production processes.

The role requires at least 3 years in plastics manufacturing, forklift certification, ability to lift up to 55 pounds regularly and up to 250 pounds occasionally, and strong reading and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, specifically in plastics, colorant, mixing, or extrusion processes.
• Forklift operator license or certification.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds regularly and handle up to 250 pounds occasionally.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in reading, comprehension, and problem-solving techniques.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery to blend and extrude chemicals into customer products.

• Monitor equipment during production, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary adjustments.

Our client, a manufacturing leader in the plastics industry, is seeking a Senior Production and Production Operator to join their team. As a Senior Production and Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Production and Production Operator

Location: Holden, MA

Pay Range: $22 to $28 upon job title and shift

Shift: 11PM - 7:30AM Sunday - Thursday, 3rd Shift

3:00pm to 11:30 pm Monday - Friday 2nd Shift
