Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in product terminal maintenance and operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent PC skills, with proficiency in Microsoft products.
• Strong attention to detail; able to proof work for accuracy.
• Ability to manage time and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations and schedules product flow for incoming/outgoing pipelines.
• Schedules maintenance work at the terminal.
• Manages terminal OPEX and CAPEX budgets and forecasting.
• Ensures quality control in loading/receiving products; instructs drivers on loading/unloading procedures.
• Ensures safety procedures at the terminal and on the pipeline.
• Maintains records and prepares daily and monthly reports.
• Prepares work schedules for subordinates to ensure efficient terminal operations.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Reduces risk to public safety and environment and minimizes company liability.
• Improves operation efficiency and financial profitability through well maintained facilities.
