Job summary

Sunoco LP, a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution firm, is seeking an experienced professional to manage terminal operations including loading, maintenance, metering, and quality control. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have 8 years of terminal maintenance/operations experience, strong communication skills, and solid proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 8 years’ experience in product terminal maintenance and operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent PC skills, with proficiency in Microsoft products.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to independently proof work for accuracy.
• Ability to manage time and scheduling to meet appropriate deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manages operations and monitors scheduling of products for incoming and outgoing P/L carrying refined products.
• Assist with scheduling maintenance work performed at terminal.
• Manage and oversee terminal OPEX and CAPEX budgets and forecasting.
• Ensures quality control is carried through in the loading and receipt of product.
• Instructs truck drivers on proper loading and unloading procedures.
• Ensures that proper safety procedures are carried out at the terminal and on the pipeline.
• Maintains accurate records and prepares required daily and monthly reports.
• Prepares work schedules for subordinates so that terminal and P&L operations are performed efficiently.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Reduces potential risk to public safety and environment and minimizes company liability.
• Improves operation efficiency and financial profitability through well maintained facilities.
