Job summary

BryceTech LLC is seeking a Senior Product Support Logistician to lead product support strategy and lifecycle sustainment for U.S. Space Force mission requirements.

You will align product support with acquisition objectives, integrate systems engineering with logistics, and develop sustainment approaches for complex defense systems. The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and extensive defense logistics experience.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI).
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering, business, supply chain management, systems engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in product support, integrated product support, logistics management, lifecycle sustainment, or defense acquisition.
• Recognized subject-matter expert in product support, logistics, or integrated product support for complex defense systems.
• Experience aligning product support strategies with acquisition objectives and identifying required infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate product support strategies aligned with acquisition strategies and lifecycle sustainment.
• Identify infrastructure, processes, procedures, and resources to maintain system capabilities across development, fielding, operations, and sustainment.
• Integrate design characteristics with logistics requirements to support product readiness.
• Analyze design and performance to identify product support resources and logistics needs.
• Coordinate product support planning across engineering, logistics, operations, and program management.
• Evaluate alternatives, identify risks and gaps, and recommend improvements for readiness.
• Advise senior leadership on product support strategies and sustainment decisions.
• Contribute to acquisition and product support documents, logistics plans, and briefings.
• Assess plans for alignment with program requirements and policies.
• Integrate procurement, budgeting, and sustainment into logistics planning.
• Identify opportunities to reduce lifecycle risks and enhance system availability.
