Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 10+ years in Product/Program Management.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise technology, digital, software or platform transformations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and executive influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for products, platforms, and solution portfolio.
• Develop forward-looking product strategies to evolve products into scalable solutions for multiple customer segments.
• Partner with business and operational leaders to understand objectives, needs, and trends.
• Identify gaps between current capabilities and future needs and close them with strategy.
• Analyze market trends, insights, competition, regulatory requirements, and tech advances to inform roadmap.
• Establish clear outcomes, KPIs, and priorities aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and modernization that create competitive value.
