MAXIMUS is seeking an accomplished product leader to define and drive the long-term vision and roadmap for its products and platforms in the U.S. market.

You will work with executives and cross-functional teams to align strategy with ROI and customer impact, delivering scalable, reusable solutions across programs and customer segments. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, portfolio management, and strong stakeholder engagement to guide transformation initiatives and modernization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Product Management, Program Management, Technology Leadership, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in product strategy, visioning, and roadmap development.
• Experience with product portfolio management and investment planning.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive decisions across cross-functional organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for products, platforms, and solution portfolio.
• Develop forward-looking product strategies that evolve existing products into scalable, reusable solutions.
• Partner with business and operational leaders to understand objectives, customer needs, and market dynamics.
• Identify gaps between current capabilities and future needs and develop strategies to close them.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and technology advancements to inform strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Establish clear product outcomes, KPIs, and priorities aligned with organizational objectives.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, transformation, and modernization.
