Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Influence executive-level decision-making around core business strategy, through scalable insights to increase productivity.
• Organize the design and implementation of the business cadence to deliver effective operations, including MBRS and QBRs with field leaders.
• Lead product strategy initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams to structure and execute analyses and communicate findings to executive management.
• Drive core operational activities, such as AOP development, Opex budget management, and headcount planning.
• Build and refine data platform infrastructure (data pipelines/models/dashboards) to track OKRs and support product decisions.
