Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Vice President on the Freedom Product Strategy team to drive development of Chase Freedom Rise, Unlimited, Flex, and Legacy 5% cards.

You will lead cross-functional efforts to craft value propositions using market research and design targets, and guide feature innovations to stay ahead in the cashback space. You will monitor portfolio performance, use data analytics to shape strategy, and manage a roadmap of launches and refreshes aligned with the firm's

Qualifications

• Strong self-starter capable of proactive cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to influence without direct supervision and drive results.
• Comfort with ambiguity and transforming it into a structured plan.
• Experience designing research or data studies and interpreting customer drivers.
• Background in strategy or financial product development/refreshes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and multi-project planning abilities.
• MBA or equivalent experience in financial services or consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with analytics, marketing, product, design, research and finance to develop compelling card value propositions.
• Assist in building business cases for new products and capabilities to influence prioritization.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of product and capability roadmaps.
• Navigate a highly matrixed organization, influence partners, and build consensus across departments.
• Develop executive-level presentation materials to communicate card strategies and priorities.
