Travelers is seeking a Senior Analyst, Product Management, to drive growth and profitability for designated products or lines of business. You will analyze complex business problems and collaborate with partners to align strategic direction and execution.

Responsibilities include data analysis, proposing pricing or product changes, and influencing stakeholders. Strong communication and actuarial knowledge are prized in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, or analytics field.
• Three years' experience in a mathematical/analytical/data role, preferably in financial services.
• Experience with competitive analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze data on business results including product refreshes and performance.
• Formulate and execute recommendations to drive growth and profitability per strategy and regulatory nuances.
• Present and influence recommendations to business partners including product/pricing changes or new builds.
• May serve as a subject matter expert on strategic initiatives for the organization.
• May coach and mentor on specific projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
