Are you an experienced and technical laboratory sales professional who enjoys helping customers achieve their clinical, operational, and financial goals? If so, this role is for you! As a Senior Product Specialist-Specialty Diagnostics, you will be responsible for selling diagnostic capital equipment and consumables to healthcare partners. You will partner with our Fisher Healthcare sales team and customers to drive revenue growth within your territory for our Specialty Diagnostics portfolio. This role focuses on acquiring new business and expanding current testing needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver an outstanding customer experience and support laboratory goals.
  2. Support sales representatives with technical information, product recommendations, and support.
  3. Prospect new customers and grow existing accounts.
  4. Execute the sales cycle ethically and persuasively to drive results.
  5. Develop and implement sales strategies using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  6. Stay informed about new products, market trends, and competitors.
  7. Make independent decisions to meet customer needs.
  8. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  9. Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific positively at all times.
  10. Conduct business reviews independently or with the team.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  1. At least 2 years (3 preferred) of healthcare sales, medical device, or capital equipment sales experience, preferably in Clinical Diagnostics.
  2. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred, ideally in sciences.
  3. Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Proven sales performance.
  5. Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
