Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. in Champaign, IL, is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Solutions - DSP (Finance) to drive AI-enabled solutioning across the Yahoo DSP for clients in a rapidly evolving ad-tech landscape.

You will interpret client requirements, architect scalable AI-driven solutions, and collaborate across Sales, Client Services, Product, and Engineering to accelerate activation guides and platform enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in programmatic media execution (DSP/SSP, Agency, or Ad-tech).
• Experience validating and refining AI-generated outputs to ensure technical accuracy and brand alignment.
• Demonstrated experiences integrating AI or automation tools into daily workflows to improve output quality, research speed and team productivity.
• Track record of working autonomously to resolve complex, multifaceted problems across Strategy, Sales, and Product.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills, with a focus on translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning in the fields of Identity, Measurement, and AI-augmented workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

• Interpret and understand client requirements to architect solutions that address complex requirements, knowing how to best leverage the DSP.
• Utilize AI-driven diagnostic and documentation tools to accelerate the creation of client solutions and activation guides.
• Support key Sales and Client Services teams on client support and management - including new business development and platform feature upselling.
• Identify and implement AI-assisted workflows to automate repetitive project management tasks and status reporting across cross-functional domains.
• Document integrations that support Yahoo DSP's agentic strategy, ensuring commercial readiness and scalability for client services execution.
• Stay current on emerging "Agentic AI" trends within Ad-tech to proactively suggest product improvements that leverage automated decision-making.
• Assist Product with Alpha and Beta phases of new feature launches, providing technical validation of early-stage outputs to Product and Engineering.
