Responsibilities

• Interpret client requirements to architect DSP solutions that leverage the platform.
• Utilize AI-driven diagnostic tools to accelerate solution creation and activation guides.
• Support Sales and Client Services in new business development and platform upselling.
• Identify AI-assisted workflows to automate project management tasks and status reporting.
• Document integrations to ensure readiness and scalability for client services execution.
• Stay current on Agentic AI trends and suggest product improvements for automated decision-making.
• Assist Product with Alpha and Beta phases of new feature launches, providing technical validation.
