Job summary

Smart Energy Water (SEW) is seeking a Lead / Principal Product Solutions Engineer to bridge customer requirements with SEW platform capabilities. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Delivery teams to design solution architectures and guide strategic engagements across global markets.

The role requires strong client-facing consulting experience, deep Energy and Utilities domain knowledge, and the ability to translate complex concepts into scalable, product-driven

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a client-facing solution engineering, consulting, or architecture role.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into product capabilities.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud architectures, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to collect business and technical requirements.
• Map requirements to SEW platform capabilities and design scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering to influence roadmap and deliver outcomes.
• Design high-level architectures integrating SaaS, cloud, and enterprise systems.
• Travel ~30% for workshops and engagements.
• Provide consultative guidance on Digital CX, Meter-to-Cash, DER, eMobility, and WX transformations.
