Descrizione del lavoro

We are hiring a Senior Product Software Engineer to design, build, and operate business-critical customer and internal applications. This is a hands‑on full‑stack engineering role for an individual who can take complex and sometimes ambiguous problems from initial intent through specification, architecture, implementation, validation, deployment, and production operation. The engineer will apply Agentic Spec‑Driven Development and Agentic Product Development Lifecycle practices to improve delivery speed, quality, traceability, and engineering effectiveness. This role requires demonstrated experience using AI engineering agents as disciplined participants in the development lifecycle, while maintaining strong human oversight, architectural integrity, security, and accountability. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, APIs, databases, Microsoft Azure, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and secure software development. They will combine strong technical depth with product thinking, sound judgment, ownership, and the ability to increase the effectiveness of the engineers around them.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Own product capabilities end‑to‑end, from problem definition and specification through architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, production validation, and continuous improvement.
  • Apply Agentic Spec‑Driven Development (SDD) and Agentic Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) practices to transform product intent into executable specifications and leverage AI agents throughout design, development, testing, review, and delivery, with appropriate validation and human oversight.
  • Design and deliver full‑stack solutions across Angular/TypeScript user experiences, C#/.NET services, REST APIs, integrations, relational and NoSQL databases, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Make sound architectural and engineering decisions that balance speed, security, scalability, reliability, performance, observability, and long‑term maintainability.
  • Solve ambiguous technical problems independently, including diagnosing production issues, performing root‑cause analysis, and implementing sustainable solutions rather than short‑term fixes.
  • Increase the effectiveness of the broader engineering team by creating reusable components, patterns, automation, and engineering practices, and through mentoring, design reviews, and high‑quality code reviews.
  • Collaborate effectively across Product, UX, Architecture, Quality Engineering, DevOps, Operations, and Security to deliver solutions that meet customer and business needs.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for outcomes, proactively identifying and addressing technical risks, delivery bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve engineering quality and productivity.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated ability to independently deliver complex, business‑critical applications from design through production.
  • 1+ year of hands‑on experience with Agentic Spec‑Driven Development (SDD), using specifications and AI agents to drive software design, development, testing, validation, and delivery.
  • Strong full‑stack development expertise with C#, .NET/ASP.NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, REST APIs, relational and NoSQL databases, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong understanding of modern application architecture and engineering practices, including API‑first design, microservices/distributed systems, design patterns, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and secure software development.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex and ambiguous engineering problems, make sound technical trade‑offs, troubleshoot production issues, and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to elevate the effectiveness of other engineers through technical leadership, reusable solutions, automation, engineering standards, mentoring, and high‑quality design and code reviews.
Preferred Experience/Skills
  • Experience designing and delivering Agentic AI or Generative AI capabilities, such as workflow automation, information extraction, document processing, intelligent assistance, or human‑in‑the‑loop workflows.
  • Experience applying Agentic Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) practices across multiple stages of product development.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Master’s degree is a plus.
