Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Product Security Senior Manager to grow and shape Booz Allen’s Product Security practice within the Commercial Team. You will define direction, standards, and requirements for services and solutions sold to Booz Allen Commercial customers, and collaborate with market and sales to drive the sales process.

You will lead security program implementation across client projects, conduct interviews, develop strategies, perform testing and hardening,

Qualifications

10+ years of experience leading teams in Product Security.
5+ years of experience with application or product development and developing security solutions.
3+ years of experience working on securing embedded systems, physical products, or hardware environments.
1+ years of experience with reverse engineering tools such as Ghidra or IDA Pro.
Experience across SDLC, including vulnerability management and modern development tools.
Experience developing and securing software with code scanning tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and prevention techniques.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire teams of Product Security Engineers and Architects.
Develop strategies, conduct testing, hardening, and maturation of product security programs.
Educate client software and product engineering teams on cybersecurity best practices.
Collaborate with market and sales teams to drive the sales process.
Define direction, standards, and requirements for services and solutions.
