Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Product Security Senior Manager to grow and lead the Product Security practice within the Commercial Team. You will help define standards and requirements for services and solutions and collaborate with market and sales to drive the sales process across Booz Allen Commercial customers.

You will lead the implementation, testing, hardening, and maturation of product security programs, educating client teams on cybersecurity best practices and guiding security

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading teams in Product Security.
• 5+ years of experience with application or product development and developing, architecting, and implementing software security solutions.
• 3+ years of experience working on securing embedded systems, physical products, or hardware environments.
• 1+ years of experience with reverse engineering tools such as Ghidra or IDA Pro.
• Experience with managing across SDLC, including vulnerability management considerations and modern development tools and frameworks.
• Experience developing and securing software with code scanning tools and CI/CD pipelines and the integration of common products and solutions into production environments.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 Vulnerabilities and prevention techniques and technology, security, risk, and compliance best practices.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, testing, hardening, and maturation of product security programs across client projects.
• Educate and influence client software and product engineering teams on cybersecurity best practices.
• Lead, hire, and inspire teams of Product Security Engineers and Architects to perform security posture assessments and implement remediation plans.
