Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Security Engineering (Security Posture and Supply Chain) to lead a security program across engineering teams in a remote US-based role. The position focuses on improving security posture, strengthening software supply chain protections, and enabling secure, scalable engineering practices.

You will partner with engineering, compliance, and product teams to roll out security capabilities and governance, while enabling data-driven risk decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading security or engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of security posture management and software supply chain security.
• Experience rolling out enterprise security capabilities at scale.
• Ability to simplify security requirements for engineering teams.
• Experience with audit evidence generation with Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of security capabilities across all projects.
• Establish baselines that support rapid engineering without delays.
• Act as internal first user for security features, providing feedback to product teams.
• Drive proactive supply chain security initiatives within Product Security.
• Minimize systemic risk through governance and control mechanisms.
• Manage the Product Security Risk Register and related metrics.
• Collaborate with Compliance to prepare for audits and strengthen security maturity.
• Represent the organization's security practices externally to reinforce customer trust.
• Develop and mentor team members while shaping the team's operational framework.
