Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Security Engineer to join our security team and help secure our financial products at scale.

You will partner with product and engineering teams to embed security across the development lifecycle, conduct threat modeling, review code for vulnerabilities, and drive secure design decisions across the company. This role follows a remote-first approach with flexibility in onsite onboarding when required.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• MS degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience with security in web applications and modern cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product teams to embed security in all phases of the product development lifecycle.
• Conduct threat modeling and architecture reviews to identify and mitigate threats.
• Review and analyze product source code to identify vulnerabilities and provide secure implementations.
