Close is seeking a Senior Product Security Engineer to own vulnerability management across its Python/TypeScript stack and cloud infrastructure. You’ll find and prioritize risks, reproduce issues, and drive fixes with engineering teams.

You will work remotely from the United States, collaborating with Security & Trust, Infrastructure, and Engineering to improve AWS security, tooling, and compliance. Strong coding and security instincts are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python or TypeScript with ability to read and fix production code.
• Experience identifying and remediating vulnerabilities in web apps and APIs.
• Familiarity with SAST/DAST, container scans, and secret management.

Responsabilités

• Find vulnerabilities across backend, frontend, and APIs and determine business impact.
• Provide reproducible findings with clear remediation steps and timelines.
• Automate vulnerability management workflows and integrate with engineering teams.
