Google DeepMind is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Product Security, to embed with product teams across GeminiApps and AI Studio, driving secure design and implementation from concept through production.

You will perform security reviews, threat modeling, client‑side protections, and code audits, own vulnerability triage, respond to incidents, and contribute to rotational on‑call coverage, with a strong emphasis on scalable, automated security practices.

Qualifications

• 5 years in application security engineering (web/mobile/web API security)
• 5 years in security operations (vuln triage, bug bounty, pentesting, on‑call)
• 5 years testing and launching software products

Responsabilités

• Perform security evaluations and code audits across web and mobile apps, driving remediation.
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for GDM products.
• Build threat models for web/mobile products and client‑facing AI capabilities.
• Develop secure‑by‑default client libraries, SDKs, and templates for developers.
• Act as an active member of rotational security operations on‑call team.
