Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a high-impact product line, managing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• Utilize advanced sales and negotiation techniques to expand market reach and address complex challenges
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to revenue growth
• Support clients in using Rowan software for patent drafting and prosecution, leading best practices for product usage
• Provide sales insights and market feedback to senior leadership and collaborate with product teams on future enhancements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• 7+ years of professional work experience in sales and/or intellectual property or similar
• 3+ years of IP experience related to patent drafting work
• Proven ability to cultivate and manage strong customer relationships
• Strong understanding of patent preparation and prosecution processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Past work experience as a Patent Attorney
• In-depth knowledge of USPTO patent filing requirements
• Prior experience successfully selling into law firms and/or corporate legal teams
