Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for the Rowan product line, managing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Utilize advanced sales techniques to engage with high-value customers and drive market expansion
• Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets in alignment with the employer\'s sales objectives
• Support clients in using Rowan software for patent drafting and prosecution, driving software adoption
• Provide sales insights and customer feedback to senior leadership and collaborate with product teams on future developments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of 7 years of professional work experience in sales and/or intellectual property
• At least 3 years of IP experience related to patent drafting
• Proven sales experience, especially in law firms and corporate legal teams
• In-depth knowledge of USPTO patent filing requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Past work experience as a Patent Attorney
• Strong understanding of patent preparation and prosecution processes
• Experience in successfully selling complex solutions to legal professionals
• Familiarity with competitive landscape in the patent services industry
