What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as a primary contact for the Rowan product line, managing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Utilize advanced sales techniques to engage high-value customers and drive market expansion
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in alignment with the employer's sales objectives
- Support clients using Rowan software for patent preparation and prosecution, driving adoption through hands-on engagement
- Provide sales insights and market feedback to senior leadership and collaborate with product teams on future enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum of 7 years of professional work experience in sales and/or intellectual property
- At least 3 years of IP experience related to patent drafting work
- Strong understanding of USPTO patent filing requirements
- Proven track record in successfully selling to law firms and/or corporate legal teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous work experience as a Patent Attorney
- In-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape in patent solutions
- Experience in developing best practices for product deployment and usage
