Position Summary

The Senior Product Sales Executive for Hematology/Urinalysis (Heme/UA) is responsible for driving growth, expanding market share, and strengthening Beckman Coulter’s position in the diagnostics industry. This role covers Kentucky, Cincinnati, Ohio, Dayton, Ohio, and West Virginia, with 50-75% travel required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze laboratory workflows in various healthcare settings and develop tailored sales strategies that meet customer needs, incorporating advanced solutions like MDW and CIT.
  2. Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and craft strategies to increase market share, proactively addressing competitors’ strengths.
  3. Engage with customers to understand their technology, contracts, and competitive landscape, customizing presentations accordingly.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert in Heme/UA technologies, providing guidance to colleagues and leveraging tools like PowerBI and SFDC for territory strategy and market tracking.
  5. Monitor territory performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies that maximize customer value and revenue growth.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in science or business; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in diagnostics or Medical Technology with a focus on Hematology/Urinalysis technologies and laboratory workflows.
  • Proven success in developing and executing complex sales strategies, including integrated solutions like MDW and CIT.
  • Strong analytical skills and a track record of increasing market share and displacing competitors.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency with sales analytics tools such as PowerBI and SFDC.
Travel & Other Requirements
  • Willingness to travel up to 50-75% of the time to engage with customers and support sales initiatives.
