Position Summary

The Senior Product Sales Executive for Hematology/Urinalysis (Heme/UA) Solutions will drive growth, expand market share, and strengthen Beckman Coulter's position in the diagnostics industry.

This role is part of the North America Commercial Organization, fully remote, with 60-75% travel across Nebraska, Iowa, and the Dakotas. Our vision is to re-imagine healthcare through innovative diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze laboratory workflows in various settings, creating tailored sales strategies that meet clinical and operational needs, incorporating solutions like MDW and CIT.
  • Understand market dynamics, identify weaknesses, and develop strategies to increase market share while proactively addressing competitors' strengths.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and tailor presentations, aligning Beckman Coulter's solutions with their business models and financial trends.
  • Serve as a peer leader and SME in Heme/UA technologies, guiding colleagues and leveraging tools like PowerBI and SFDC for territory strategy and market tracking.
  • Monitor territory performance, collaborate with teams, and execute strategies to maximize customer value and revenue.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 5 years of sales experience selling capital equipment in diagnostics, or 5 years of Medical Technology experience with expertise in Hematology/Urinalysis and lab workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree in science or business; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven success in developing and executing complex sales strategies, including integrated solutions like MDW and CIT.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a record of displacing competitors and increasing market share.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in sales analytics tools (PowerBI, SFDC).
Travel & Other Requirements
  • Ability to travel 60-70% as needed.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

This position offers flexible remote work options, a salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 plus bonus/incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, insurance, and 401(k).
