Senior Level Product Review Engineer (Liaison Engineering) – Material Review Board (MRB) certification required. Join Boeing Global Services (BGS) KC‑46 Tanker Sustainment Engineering as an on‑site engineer at Joint Base McGuire‑Dix‑Lakehurst, Trenton, New Jersey, as part of the Fleet Support Liaison Engineering team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Partner with on‑site Field Services Representatives, Field Service Representatives for Supply, and Contractor Field Teams.
• Apply Boeing design principles to assess and resolve product/process issues throughout the product lifecycle.
• Perform failure analysis, root cause analysis and troubleshoot to identify root causes and develop repair dispositions of non‑conformances.
• Develop interim or final engineering solutions to post‑production product/process issues and other technical, operational, or quality issues that cannot be resolved by the customer.
• Identify deviations that could impact design intent and safety, and support product/process improvements.
• Provide written dispositions for routine design non‑conformances.
• Produce routine customer correspondence to maintain safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Support Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and participate in design reviews.
• Recommend simple non‑destructive test procedures, tools, and standards.
• Represent the engineering community throughout the build and post‑production environment.
• Design temporary and permanent structural repairs, conduct static strength analysis, and coordinate with appropriate design groups.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or an equivalent non‑US qualification directly related to the work statement.
• Material Review Board (MRB) certification.
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace systems or structures.
• 5+ years of experience in Production Engineering and/or Production System Design.
• 5+ years of experience performing MRB product review.
• 5+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing stress analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with materials and manufacturing processes.
• 5+ years of experience applying design principles to assess and resolve product issues throughout the lifecycle.
• 5+ years of experience developing dispositions for aircraft non‑conformances.
• Active U.S. “Secret” Security Clearance.
• Experience interfacing with Operations and Engineering disciplines, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Effective collaboration with internal team members, management, customers, and cross‑departmental teams.
• Universal Product Review (UPR) Certification.
