Tecomet, Inc. in Lansing, MI, is seeking a dynamic Sr. Quality Manager - Product Quality to lead the Quality Engineering team across two manufacturing facilities.

You will champion quality-at-the-source, drive cost of quality improvements, and partner with NPI, engineering, and operations to ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. This leadership role requires a bachelor's in engineering or a science discipline, 3+ years in a similar leadership role in a highly regulated

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a scientific discipline.
• 3+ years in a similar leadership role managing engineering or quality teams.
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, aerospace & defense, or automotive).

Mansioni

• Lead and develop the Quality Engineering team, driving talent growth and standardized ways of working.
• Own Product Quality performance, including Cost of Quality development, tracking, and optimization.
• Define and implement methods for product quality data capture and analysis.
• Develop and deploy Cost of Quality metrics at both business and manufacturing stream levels.
• Drive strategic quality planning with a strong focus on quality at the source and proactive defect prevention.
