Job summary
Aurora in Mountain View/San Francisco region seeks a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of internal applications supporting autonomy development. You will partner with Engineering and Design to shape a multi-year product vision and deliver tools that accelerate testing, deployment, and commercialization of self-driving tech.
Lead cross-functional teams, translate complex requirements into clear roadmaps, and drive AI-enabled workflows that improve developer productivity and product
Qualifications
- 7+ years in software product management with a track record of driving strategy and execution of complex software ecosystems.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead organizational change with structured frameworks.
- Strong communication to articulate product narratives to executives and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Architect a multi-year product strategy and North Star for internal applications.
- Bridge Engineering and Design to deliver high-impact products and optimize workflows.
- Develop deep understanding of AV data visualization, ML labeling, and simulation lifecycles.
- Define AI/agentic tools and workflows to accelerate development.
- Manage product roadmap for immediate needs and long-term scalability.
- Translate user insights and metrics into actionable requirements and stories.
- Lead through influence, aligning timelines, trade-offs, and resources.
