Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of corporate communications experience.
• Proven media experience with business and technical trade outlets.
• Exceptional writing skills.
• Strong organizational skills; can manage complex programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
• Ability to distill complex technical subject matter for key audiences.
• Able to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support core corporate PR activities, media relations, crisis and issues management.
• Develop creative PR strategies for strategic product announcements and earned media at scale.
• Create press releases, messaging, bylined articles, and executive briefing materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop messaging for Lam’s global communications team.
• Coordinate with regional teams to support launches of new products and technology solutions.
• Coordinate with regional PR partners and facilitate internal review of external content.
• Build and maintain relationships with reporters and influencers; own semiconductor trade media relations.
• Measure results and adjust plans to maximize impact.
• Engage across regions to promote Lam’s external voice and culture.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
