PrePass Ag in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Product Owner to lead development for our Web Platform in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role carries ownership and requires strong product judgment to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business strategy and customer outcomes.

You will work with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate vision into well-defined user stories, balancing tactical execution with long-term goals in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role.
• Strong experience in business process analysis and translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of web application and API-based systems.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and modern web usability standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product strategy and customer needs.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and discovery sessions to translate requirements into user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver features on time.
• Partner with Product Management to support roadmap execution and incremental delivery of initiatives.
• Proactively communicate priorities, trade-offs, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
