Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Product Owner roles, preferably in Wealth Management.
Strong backlog management and requirement elicitation skills.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as the Product Owner, defining and prioritizing the product backlog aligned to business goals.
Lead scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Write and maintain Epics, Features, and User Stories for clear stakeholder understanding.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
