Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Senior Product Owner to support Agile Release Train delivery within a SAFe environment. You will manage the team backlog, define user stories with acceptance criteria, and work with the Product Manager to align with the product vision and roadmap.

Experience with cloud technologies and strong analytical skills are essential. In this contract role (1 year), you will participate in PI planning, system demos, and inspect-and-adapt workshops, ensuring the development team

Qualifications

5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a technical environment.
SAFe/Product Owner or Product Manager experience is required.
Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with technical and business stakeholders.
Experience with government systems or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the team backlog; prioritize user stories to maximize value delivery.
Define clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
Participate in PI planning, system demos, and inspect & adapt workshops.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment and clarity on requirements.
Serve as the voice of the customer within the Agile team to meet business needs.
Support cross-functional collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
