Job summary

PNC is seeking a Product Owner Senior for Treasury Management, focused on Receivables capabilities. This role bridges business stakeholders, operations, and Agile teams to deliver receivables solutions that streamline payments and improve working capital.

The ideal candidate has hands-on PO experience in an Agile setting and familiarity with Lockbox, Integrated Receivables, and related ERP integrations. Based within the PNC footprint, you will influence backlog and roadmap while collaborating

Qualifications

Hands-on experience as Product Owner in an Agile environment.
Experience with receivables products (Lockbox, Integrated Receivables, Cash Application, Electronic Receivables, ACH, Wire, ERP integrations).
CSPO or SAFe PO/PM or similar Agile certification.
Experience working with commercial banking clients.

Responsibilities

Owns the vision and definition of the product, voice of the customer, prioritizes based on business value.
Maintains product backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, prioritization.
Collaborates with technology teams, architects, UX designers, and stakeholders across the SDLC.
Supports development and execution of the Receivables product roadmap.
Identifies opportunities to enhance client experience, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
Partners with Product Managers to evaluate market trends and client feedback.
