Job summary
MiniMed is seeking a Senior Software Product Owner to lead the Software Operations organization. You will define the What and Why for the team, balance stakeholder inputs, and align product priorities across developers, DevOps, and operations.
You’ll drive backlog grooming, acceptance criteria, and release readiness to maximize platform value. You will work closely with architects, delivery leaders, and customers, establishing KPIs, SLOs, and SLAs, and act as a change agent to ensure cohesive
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field plus 4+ years in Software Engineering, Product Development, or Product Management OR Advanced Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field plus 2+ years in Software Engineering, Product Development, or Product Management
Responsibilities
- Define priorities for evolving the Shared Services platform as a product by balancing inputs from stakeholders.
- Act as technical liaison between platform team and customers including developers, ops teams, and business customers.
- Build and groom product backlog with epics, features, and stories.
- Write acceptance criteria at the user story level.
- Collaborate with Architects, DevOps, Developers, Testers, and Scrum Masters to align priorities.
