Job summary

ICW Group is seeking a Senior Product Owner to drive development and delivery of customer-focused products aligned with strategic goals. You will bridge business stakeholders, development teams, and end-users, prioritizing features for maximum value across the product lifecycle.

The role requires leading technical teams, a minimum of 5 years as a Product Owner or similar, and a Certified Product Owner (CPO) with SAFe preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience including leading technical teams and translating requirements to technical audiences.
• Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes the value of the product resulting from the work of the Scrum team.
• Defines and communicates product vision, strategy and growth opportunities to stakeholders.
• Drives refinement of product vision, roadmap and strategy for optimum business value.
• Converts ideas into a prioritized backlog based on ROI.
• Participates in agile ceremonies to ensure iterative development.
• Facilitates backlog grooming to align priorities.
• Accountable for each stage of development and final product.
• Collaborates with Technical Product Managers and Scrum Master to execute the roadmap.
• Maintains user personas and journey maps to anticipate future needs.
• Creates annual and quarterly plans to align product groups to roadmap deliverables.
• Manages direction updates for product areas.
• Owns and drives user-centric outcomes with leadership.
• Researches market trends and user needs to shape roadmap.
