Job summary

ICON is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the defined subsystem of Phoenix from ICON’s Austin, TX campus. You will be responsible for delivering product outcomes through your team, reporting to the Product Manager to ensure timely and on-budget results.

You will collaborate with functional leads, manage priorities, and integrate stakeholder feedback to build the right solution in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in engineering or related field with 8+ years experience or 2? yrs? (assess)
• Proven track record delivering engineering products on-time
• Experience with industrial equipment and robotics, and field requirements for such machines
• Experience in working with manufacturers and distributors, building external partnerships
• Strong communication and collaborative teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of Jira and Agile project management

Responsibilities

• Serve as the accountable party reporting to the Product Manager for timely & on-budget delivery of products meeting all requirements and interface needs.
• Upscale budget, schedule, priority, etc. issues to Product Manager.
• Coordinate with functional leads to ensure best practices across the team.
• Manage task prioritization to align with business/product goals and Master Schedule.
• Coordinate with other Product Owners to meet high-level product requirements.
• Capture and integrate stakeholder feedback to ensure problems are addressed.
• Inform related disciplines of changes/implementations affecting their function.
• Record, manage, and track all risks for the product.
