Qualifications
- Agile project management experience.
- Translate business needs into epics and measurable outcomes.
- Experience with industrial operations or data-driven products preferred.
- Experience partnering with Operations, Reliability, Engineering, Data Analytics, or AI teams.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products.
- Prioritize business outcomes and drive adoption of digital solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan releases and ensure alignment with objectives.
- Write epics and stories that communicate customer needs and business goals.
- Lead lifecycles from intent to testing, ensuring timely deliverables.
- Conduct customer research and synthesize market factors into strategy.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate product viability and impact.
- Maintain backlog and balance short-term features with long-term roadmap.
- Partner with UX, R&D, and operations teams to align on product strategy.
