Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.
- 10+ years of diversified IT experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Experience delivering digital products aligned with business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the Digital Pipeline Product Line, guiding a team and managing budgets and vendors.
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of digital products from ideation to delivery and support; drive continuous improvement and cybersecurity safeguards.
- Align roadmaps with business strategy and industry context, especially Oil & Gas, to enable value creation and resilience.
- Build strong business partnerships to translate needs into actionable roadmaps and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Drive change management and training to maximize adoption and value realization.
