Job description

We are hiring a Senior Product Owner to own discovery, delivery and results for a product area, including features powered by AI.

We are a software company that builds resident screening and onboarding solutions for HOA and condo communities in the US. Our customers are community association managers, property managers, and HOA and condo boards. We have specialized in this since 2007.

You will own real product decisions, ship AI features to real users, and measure the results with data.

Ideal Candidate

A hands-on Product Owner with 5+ years of experience who has shipped at least one AI feature to real users. You write SQL to check product data yourself, write clear and testable requirements, and are comfortable in a small, fast company with limited resources. You speak and write English at a professional level.

Requirements

Must-have

• 5+ years in Product, Business Analysis or hybrid roles in SaaS, PropTech, FinTech, risk or compliance. At least 3 of those years owning a software backlog or product area, from discovery to results.
• At least one AI-enabled feature shipped to real users in production. You personally defined how it should behave, evaluated the quality of its output and improved it after launch.
• Hands-on SQL (filters, joins, grouping, date logic) and spreadsheets (formulas, pivot tables). Can build or adapt a dashboard in a BI or product analytics tool. Any tool is fine; no certification needed.
• Strong discovery and requirements skills: user interviews, testable acceptance criteria including error cases, and workflow mapping.
• Experience with no-code or low-code tools.
• Ownership with limited resources: runs small experiments, starts without a complete specification and adapts when priorities change. Startup or new-business experience is useful evidence, but company size is not a requirement.
• High English.
