• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and enterprise tools.
• Understanding of SDLC, APIs, cloud tech, data, and enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to set goals/priorities.
• Translate complex requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlog by value, customer needs, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, QA, UX, and Business Analysis.
• Provide clear product direction and resolve conflicts.
• Define and track KPIs, product metrics, and success criteria.
• Manage releases and ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Communicate roadmap, progress, risks, and dependencies to executives.
• Identify opportunities via customer feedback, market analysis, and data-driven insights.
• Mentor and guide Product Owners and junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and senior leadership to define product goals and priorities.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, QA, UX, Business Analysis, and other cross-functional teams.
• Provide clear product direction and resolve requirement-related issues and conflicts.
• Define and track KPIs, product metrics, and success criteria.
• Manage product releases and ensure successful delivery within scope and timelines.
• Communicate product roadmap, progress, risks, dependencies, and challenges to executive leadership.
• Identify opportunities for product improvement through customer feedback, market analysis, and data-driven insights.
• Mentor and guide Product Owners and junior team members when required.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of overall IT/product experience, with strong experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager.
• Extensive experience in Agile, Scrum, and product development methodologies.
• Strong expertise in Product Backlog Management, Roadmap Planning, User Stories, Epics, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, cloud technologies, data, and enterprise applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple products, priorities, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with geographically distributed and offshore/onshore teams.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
• CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
