Mercury is seeking a Senior Product Operations Specialist in San Francisco to scale product operations. You will own high-impact programs, including launches, onboarding, and culture initiatives, partnering with Product leadership to translate strategy into durable operating systems.

This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, iterative improvement, and designing scalable processes to accelerate product teams’ work while maintaining quality and speed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, Consulting, or similar cross-functional roles.
• Experience supporting product or engineering teams in a high-growth tech environment.
• Ability to own cross-functional programs from concept through execution with strong operational follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own Mercury's Product Launch Program, ensuring clear ownership, coordination, and quality while improving workflows.
• Lead the New Grad PM Rotational Program, coordinating rotations and delivering a strong development experience.
• Build and own PM onboarding to help new hires ramp quickly with thoughtful programming and documentation.
• Drive Product Culture programs and cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Communications, Recruiting, and People.
