Senior Product Marketing Manager - Seamless Travel & Digital Identity Solutions
Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Product Marketing to lead our Product Marketing Management (PMM) team, focusing on the Seamless Travel and Digital ID product suite within the airport ecosystem, serving airports, airlines, and related stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with Market Intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, adjusting marketing plans accordingly.
- Manage Product Life Cycle (PLC) activities, including launches, updates, and end-of-life processes, in coordination with the product management team.
- Create and communicate compelling value propositions highlighting product benefits and unique selling points.
- Use data-driven insights to analyze and enhance product positioning and value delivery to customers.
- Work with cross-functional teams—product management, marketing, sales, customer support—to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Develop sales enablement tools and training materials to support the sales team.
- Produce marketing collateral to promote our products effectively.
About the ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in product marketing, management, or portfolio management, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to maximize and communicate the value of the AirOps portfolio.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder influence and collaboration.
- Experience in the travel and/or digital identity sectors is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities.
