Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a strategic and driven Sr. Manager, Product Marketing to define and communicate the value of MHC’s solutions to the market, focusing on AI-powered document and payment automation to streamline vendor and customer interactions in target verticals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing leader with deep knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise buying cycles, strong business acumen, and storytelling skills. You will drive product positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and enablement strategies to support revenue growth across all funnel stages.

You will be part of a growing Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. This pivotal role involves cross-functional collaboration with product management, sales, professional services, customer support, and the broader marketing team to develop compelling go-to-market strategies. A passion for translating complex technical solutions into clear business value and customer success stories is essential.

Work Location:

This position is open to candidates based in the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area. While the work is primarily remote, there may be occasional opportunities for in-person collaboration at MHC's Burnsville, MN office.

What you will do:
  1. Define and execute go-to-market strategies for MHC’s intelligent document automation solutions.
  2. Develop and refine positioning and messaging frameworks targeting finance, IT, and operations leaders to drive market differentiation.
  3. Create sales enablement tools such as presentations, battlecards, one-pagers, and competitive positioning guides.
  4. Launch new products and features, collaborating with Product Management and Revenue teams to increase awareness and adoption.
  5. Partner with Demand Generation to craft campaign messaging and content supporting lead generation.
  6. Lead voice-of-the-customer initiatives, including win/loss analysis, customer interviews, and case studies.
  7. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and identify innovation opportunities.
  8. Refine buyer personas, value propositions, and objection-handling strategies in partnership with sales and customer-facing teams.
  9. Collaborate with analysts, influencers, and industry groups to enhance brand visibility.
What you will need to succeed:
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Extensive experience in product marketing, including market research, stakeholder communication, messaging, product launches, and enterprise software sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of the intelligent document and payment automation space, with experience in areas such as CCM, AP automation, AI content generation, or ECM being a plus.
  • Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare, or public sectors.
  • Exceptional storytelling, messaging, and communication skills to articulate product value.
  • Experience creating sales enablement materials to accelerate pipeline and customer adoption.
  • Ability to engage with customers and incorporate insights into marketing strategies.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and strategic/tactical mindset.
  • Analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc., is a plus.
Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, preferably in the Office of the CFO or fintech space, with at least 2 years supporting AP automation, payments, or document automation software.
