Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and creative Senior Product Marketing Manager to help drive messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy/execution for our flagship products: All-Included Care and Navigation. This Senior PMM will shape sales narratives, equip the Sales team with compelling assets, bring new products to market, and accelerate growth for a portfolio of new and established products. The role translates complex product capabilities into clear, data-driven stories that resonate with prospects and position us as the winning solution.
This position is ultimately about go-to-market strategy, effective marketing, sound decision making, and relationship-building. You will work closely with the General Management, Sales, Client Success, Analytics, Solutions Consulting, and Consultant Relations teams to achieve your goals.
Responsibilities
- Market Research & Competitive Positioning: Monitor the market and conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and understand our buyers.
- Competitive intelligence: Gather and analyze competitive details (feature sets and pricing) to develop clear positioning and messaging that differentiates our offerings.
- Insights & cross-functional feedback: Collect, synthesize, and share market insights, creating a closed-loop feedback cycle between sales/account learnings and the GM/product teams.
- Sales-focused Messaging, Positioning & Enablers: Partner with the Senior Manager, Product Marketing to provide compelling, data-driven base messaging and sales assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, member stories, etc.) for segments including employers, health plans, and labor and trust.
- Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Consulting to deliver tailored assets for prospect capabilities and finalist meetings to win new logo opportunities.
- Develop base proposal content and provide proposal support for specific new logo deals.
- Own market-facing statistics with the analytics team to tell a powerful story about product value and impact.
- Maintain impact analysis tooling to demonstrate quantifiable value for prospects, with partners from Solutions Consulting, Analytics, and GM.
- Maintain internal Confluence pages related to assigned products and features.
- Drive projects that increase team efficiency and enable scaling.
Core skills
- Research & Strategic Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and GTM strategy, and translate insights into strategic and tactical recommendations.
- Storytelling & Asset Creation: Shape product positioning and craft client-centric, data-driven stories with strong writing and design skills; create sales collateral and enablement materials using Google or Microsoft tools.
- Quantitative Acumen: Interpret data to tell a compelling value story, leverage third-party statistics, maintain ROI tooling, and collaborate with IBEX to inform messaging.
- Project Management & Organization: Manage multiple initiatives concurrently with prioritization and cross-functional coordination.
- Relationship Development: Build and sustain strong internal relationships to support cross-functional collaboration and growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare.
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on prospect sales enablement and new logo acquisition.
- 2+ years experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- 2+ years experience with product positioning, messaging, and data-driven storytelling.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and tell insights with statistics.
- Proven experience creating high-quality sales collateral (presentations, proposals, etc.).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a track record of quick delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Google and/or Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams.
- Demonstrated understanding of buyers’ employee healthcare challenges and how Included Health products deliver value.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
- Experience selling complex products in the employer benefits space.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods.
- Eye-hand coordination and dexterity to operate a computer and office equipment.
- No heavy lifting expected; occasional exertion up to ~20 lbs may be required.
- Ability to interact professionally with leadership, employees, and members.
Compensation & Benefits
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
- Zone A: 120,050 – 156,070 + equity + benefits
- Zone B: 132,055 – 171,677 + equity + benefits
- Zone C: 144,060 – 187,284 + equity + benefits
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone’s market conditions. Your Recruiter can share details of geographic alignment upon inquiry.
