Overview

Sr. Product Marketing Manager

Radiometer, one of Danaher's 15+ operating companies, focuses on life sciences, diagnostics and biotechnology. The role supports Radiometer's portfolio of blood gas analyzers and sampling accessories, driving product adoption, generating leads, and enabling sales teams across North America. This position reports to the Director, Marketing and is fully remote within the North America Marketing Team.

Radiometer aims to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses, and the Sr. Product Marketing Manager helps turn ideas into impact by advancing marketing strategies that align with this mission.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase the adoption of instruments and sampling accessories.
• Design sales tools and messaging frameworks that support positioning and objection handling.
• Create digital content and nurture campaigns to support leads throughout the sales funnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field; MBA would be a plus
• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of clinical workflows in ICU, ED, or laboratory environments
• Proven experience selling or marketing capital equipment and accessories to hospitals, including knowledge of procurement and sales processes
• Experience using digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to generate and nurture leads and executing Account-Based Marketing campaigns across key hospital accounts
• Travel up to 40%
• Bonus: 5+ years of experience in diagnostics or hospital-based settings
