Job Description: Senior Product Marketing Manager, Industry Solutions - Manufacturing

Location: North America (Remote)

Reports to: Senior Director, Product Marketing

About the Role

M-Files is expanding its focus on Industry Solutions Marketing to accelerate growth across strategic verticals. We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager build and lead our Manufacturing vertical in North America.

This role will own the strategy, messaging and go to market execution for Manufacturing, ensuring M-Files is positioned as the leader in intelligence information management for the industry.

This role requires expertise in the manufacturing industry as well as experience in industry solutions marketing, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Vertical Strategy: Define and lead the Manufacturing vertical marketing strategy in North American with responsibility for global alignment and execution.
• Global Coverage: Partner with the Professional Services Industry Lead to ensure consistency of messaging, content development, campaigns, and GTM across both verticals.
• Messaging and Positioning: Develop compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning for Manufacturing, aligned with business priorities and customer pain points.
• Go-to-Market Execution: Own the creation and execution of vertical marketing programs, campaigns and content that drive awareness, pipeline and adoption in Manufacturing industry.
• Sales & Partner Enablement: Build and deliver enablement content, playbooks, and training to ensure the field can effectively position M-Files's solutions to win in the Manufacturing industry.
• Thought Leadership: Represent M-Files as a thought leader at industry events, analyst briefings, and with customers. Create vertical-specific content including whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales and Global Marketing to align vertical strategies with corporate priorities.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within Manufacturing, and use insights to inform strategy and execution.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years in Product/Industry Marketing, with experience developing or leading solution marketing programs in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Deep knowledge of Manufacturing industry trends, challenges and buying behavior.
• Proven track record of building industry or solution marketing initiatives.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent storytelling, executive communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at senior levels.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, global environment and across time zones.
