Job summary

PTMA Financial Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Marketer to translate the firm’s investment strategies and financial products into clear, compelling commercial insights that help sales, field marketing, and account management win and retain client relationships. This role requires strong knowledge of investment products, market structures, competitive positioning, and client dynamics.

Working with the Director of Product Management, the Senior Product Marketer will support revenue strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years in asset management or financial services, including product/marketing or investment consulting
• Solid understanding of investment products and client/channel dynamics (institutional and public-sector)
• Experience with competitive analysis and fee/pricing work in asset management
• Exposure to product development or product launch processes within asset management

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis across the firm’s product set, including peer manager comparisons, fee benchmarking, performance positioning, and product differentiation
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and market dynamics that affect product positioning
• Synthesize competitive intelligence into actionable insights for sales, RFPs, and client meetings
• Maintain a structured competitive database and scoring framework for key products and strategies
• Support pricing strategy and build fee models for new product launches
• Align pricing with revenue objectives and client segment economics
